DJI's Defect on Arrival (DOA) policy falls under their Return & Refund Service, allowing customers to request a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days from the day after receiving the product if it has a manufacturing defect. To be eligible, the product must remain in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and gifts intact, and it should be in new or like-new condition. Customers should contact the dealer’s after-sales service support and submit all the required documents as specified in the DOA policy for processing.
